"California" was one of Johnson Brother's most popular early pattern with it's motif of lush fruits surrounded by a rope border. Back stamp dates this from 1921 to 1940. It came in several colorways including this which is typically called "beige". We are pleased to offer this set of six square side or salad plates and note that in our store we have matching serving pieces including the rare oblong platter and even more rare water pitcher.
